Low daily volume.
How recipients consent: Recipients have provided their mobile number directly to Macro HD LLC through one or more of the following channels: (1) verbal consent during in-person or phone conversations where they explicitly agree to receive SMS communication for business or personal correspondence; (2) written consent via email exchange or business form where they share their number for ongoing communication; (3) pre-existing customer, vendor, partner, family, or personal relationships where the recipient has shared their phone number with Macro HD LLC for ongoing direct correspondence; (4) inbound text initiated by the recipient to Macro HD LLC's published business line, treated as implicit consent for two-way reply.
Message frequency: Variable per individual relationship. Most recipients receive fewer than ten messages per month. No automated mass messaging.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier plan. Macro HD LLC does not charge recipients to receive or send messages.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. After replying STOP, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient explicitly re-opts-in.
