Macro HD LLC operates a two-way conversational SMS service from the dedicated United States business line (424) 622-7643 for direct correspondence with personal and business contacts who have established prior direct relationships with the operator. Program description
Two-way SMS communication between Macro HD LLC's operator and personal and business contacts who have established prior direct relationships with the operator. Mixed traffic includes one-on-one conversational replies, appointment confirmations, account notifications, scheduling and delivery updates, and direct customer, vendor, and personal correspondence. Low daily volume.
How recipients opt in (consent)
This is a relationship-based service with no public sign-up form. Recipients provide their mobile number directly to Macro HD LLC and consent to receive SMS through one or more of the following four channels, each documented at the consent moment:
- Verbal consent — during an in-person or phone conversation, the contact explicitly agrees to receive SMS communication from (424) 622-7643 and the operator records the contact's mobile number, the date of consent, and the stated purpose in the operator's contact log.
- Written consent — via email exchange or business form, the contact shares their mobile number for ongoing SMS communication and the email body or form text states agreement to receive SMS replies from (424) 622-7643.
- Pre-existing relationship — a customer, vendor, partner, family, or personal relationship in which the contact has previously shared their mobile number with Macro HD LLC for ongoing direct correspondence; the relationship is confirmed to authorize SMS contact before the first SMS is sent.
- Inbound text initiated by the recipient — the recipient sends the first text to (424) 622-7643, which is treated as implicit consent for a two-way reply.
The required SMS program disclosures below (program name, program description, message frequency, "Message and data rates may apply", non-sharing of mobile information, opt-out keywords, and HELP) are delivered at every consent moment and reinforced in the first SMS reply.
Message frequency
Variable per individual relationship. Most recipients receive fewer than ten messages per month. No automated mass messaging.

Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by the recipient's mobile carrier plan, and Macro HD LLC does not charge recipients to receive or send messages.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. The keywords STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE are all honored as opt-out requests, case-insensitive. After an opt-out request, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient explicitly re-opts-in.
