Macro HD LLC two-way conversational SMS service.
Description
Two-way SMS communication between Macro HD LLC's operator and personal and business contacts who have established prior direct relationships with the operator. Mixed traffic includes one-on-one conversational replies, appointment confirmations, account notifications, scheduling and delivery updates, and direct correspondence.
Message frequency
Variable per individual relationship. Most recipients receive fewer than ten messages per month. No automated mass messaging.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply per the recipient's mobile carrier plan. Macro HD LLC does not charge recipients to receive or send messages.
Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. The keywords STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, and UNSUBSCRIBE are all honored as opt-out requests, case-insensitive. After an opt-out request, no further messages will be sent unless the recipient explicitly re-opts-in.

Acceptable use
The Macro HD LLC two-way conversational SMS service is provided solely for lawful direct correspondence between Macro HD LLC's operator and recipients with whom an established prior direct relationship exists. Recipients must not use the service to transmit unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, or threatening content; to impersonate another person or entity; to send unsolicited bulk or promotional messages; to interfere with the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; or to transmit content related to sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco, or cannabis (SHAFT-C categories) in any form prohibited by CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices. Macro HD LLC does not engage in mass messaging, marketing blasts, or any messaging to recipients without an established prior direct relationship.
Termination
Either party may end participation in the Macro HD LLC two-way conversational SMS service at any time. A recipient ends participation by replying STOP (or any of the equivalent opt-out keywords listed under Opt-out). Macro HD LLC may suspend or terminate service to a recipient immediately and without prior notice for any violation of these Terms, for any conduct that Macro HD LLC determines in good faith to be harmful to the operator, other recipients, or the messaging service provider, or upon receipt of a credible report of unauthorized use of the recipient's mobile number. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, survive termination.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or to the Macro HD LLC two-way conversational SMS service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Colorado, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
